Pair beautiful illustrations printed by Champenois who published Alphonse Mucha the famous Czech artist who was the premier poster artist. These two beautiful women in their gowns were painted by Gasper Camps (1874-1931). Camps was a Spaniard who spent most of his career in France. He was one of a number of artist hired by the Champenois printing house to fill the void when Mucha left for America in 1904. There is no market for Camps work simply because not enough of it has been discovered but compared to Mucha it is far superior.
