Beautiful 19th C. American Victorian Renaissance swivel armchair with carved lady head crest and arms and gilt incising. This elegant chair is executed in burled walnut and upholstered in the finest, most supple burgundy leather with a brass tack trim finish. A very elegant piece by John Jelliff. Arm height of the chair is xx inches.
Antiquarian Traders' chairs are reinforced so that when the user rocks back and forth, he can be assured that the chair will not break. A swivel base has been added and the legs have been hand carved to fit each chair. This chair is as beautiful as it is comfortable! |
