1909 25C PR67 Cameo NGC. The frosty devices contrast with the dark glassy fields. This exquisitely impressed Superb Gem is close to brilliant although traces of steel-blue make infrequent appearances along the reverse periphery. A mere 650 proofs comprise this issue.
